Memorial Services for Wayne Canfield
Our dear friend Wayne Canfield, 73, passed away in the early morning hours of September 23, 2009 at his home in Canyon Lake with his family by his side. You can read more at The Friday Flyer. Wayne Canfield, 1936-2009 posted on USA Water Ski. Here is a resume of all that he has contributed to the sport over the past forty years.
Services for Wayne have been scheduled as follows:
- Tuesday October 20th - 11 am Internment at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery Point Loma/San Diego, CA
- Friday October 23rd - 11 am Memorial Service at Cornerstone Community Church 34570 Monte Vista Drive, Wildomar, CA 92595 (951) 674-8661
- Reception following the Memorial Service Canyon Lake Lodge 2 pm - 5 pm 22200 Canyon Club Drive, Canyon Lake, CA 92587 (951) 244-6841
Everyone is welcome to attend both the internment as well as the memorial, however Barbara would especially like to encourage people to attend the memorial service on Friday, October 23rd.
Thank you again for the outpouring of love and support during this difficult time. Your prayers and thoughts are greatly appreciated. Please stop by and visit with Barbara when you have a chance. She enjoys sharing your favorite memories of Wayne.
